A number of symptoms and disorders are treated with the objective of being complete free of symptoms, whereas with chronic diagnoses, the aim is to reduce pain and obstructions from the disorder.

The following list does not cover everything that can be treated, but rather consists of disorders and diagnoses that patients present.

Many disorders cannot be treated, including cancer, inflammatory diseases, and illnesses with fever.
